Care Home Sundries


MTS provides a full range of sundries for pharmacies providing monitored dose systems to care homes.

 

MAR sheets/ring binders

MAR (Medication Administration Records) sheets are a triplicate document produced from prescription patient records at the pharmacy. They are used in the care home to record resident details and to document and monitor the administration of medication to each individual patient. Convenient MAR files can be provided for storage of these documents.

Storage hangers

Hangers are available in small and large sizes and are used to store patient specific care home cards by administration time. The assembled cards for a particular drug round are stored on one loop shaped hanger ready for use in either morning, lunchtime, teatime or the evening round.

Plastic Dividers

Plastic dividers – durable and ideal for colour coding your system and are used to segregate between individual patients per administration time. Various colours are available

Reminder cards

Reminder cards are used within the system to notify the carer or nurse that an item is required for a patient that is not on a storage hanger, for example, creams, eye drops etc.

Name labels for dividers

To ensure identification, a patient's photo can be attached to the reminder card as well as to the dividers (e.g. for the administration of creams, eye drops etc.).
