Easy-to-use

The MTS DB500 deblistering unit will allow pharmacies to optimise the use of time taken when filling MTS compliance packs or using MTS automation by greatly increasing the efficiency of medication deblistering.

This small desktop unit has been designed to be easy to use. It is very easy to calibrate for different manufacturers’ packs, using no tools, and operators can be trained in a matter of minutes.

The DB500 will deblister the majority of medication in today’s pharmacy ensuring that your pharmacy staff do not suffer from repetitive strain injury or sore hands from manual deblistering.

Small or large amounts of medication can be deblistered very easily with changeover between different drugs being both quick and easy.

It's easy and quick to calibrate and requires no technical training. In a matter of seconds you can calibrate the machine to deblister the required pack.

It's quick and simple to use. You just pop the pack of pills into the top of the machine and line up the grid to fit the pack size and turn the handle. It's as simple as that. The machine processes the pack and the spent pills are dropped into the tray below for collection.

MTS can also provide containers and desiccant sachets to help protect

deblistered medication.
